Hero group - Business Leader of 2012

Hero Moto Group's Founder Brij Mohanlal Munjal receives the 'Lifetime Achievement Award' at the seventh edition of the 'Indian Business Leader Awards 2012' of CNBC-TV18 news channel. He got this award for establishing a successful motorcycle brand in India. He played the key role for establishing the Hero Moto Corp company, after its split up from Honda.

IBLA is asia's most distinguished and prestigious award, awarded for people with excellent Leadership  qualities in the business sector. Winner of the IBLA is through a series of various different rounds with experienced juries from 12 different countries. Mr. Mukesh Ambani is the chair person of the jury team. Mr. KM Birla, Ms. Chanda Kochhar, Mr. Anand Mahindra, Mr. Deepak Parekh are some other popular business figures in the jury team.

Mr. Pranab Mukherjee, Finance Minister, attained the function and congratulated CNBC TV18 and the winner and said that india is very well insulated from the global slowdown especially european  crisis, which didn't make any big impact in the indian economy.
