Brutale 1090RR is an extraordinary racing motorcycle from Meccanica Verghera Agusta. It is an high performance and elegant sporting machine which satisfies the motorcycle sport enthusiast. Brutale 1090rr has high aesthetics with drop profile headlamp and 8 LEDs in it which produces light strip effect as in the cars. Direction indicator lamps are embedded at the back side of the rear view mirror instead of having two separate lamps above the front tyres and it is sufficiently made larger to make it reachable to eyes of opposite drivers at speeds.
Brutale 1090RR has fully redesigned instrument cluster, which has indicators showing the gear engaged, vehicle speed, fuel level, coolant water temperature and also has hazard button, chronometer which is a clock shows time precisely and traction control settings helps to change the traction at tyres according to the road and ride conditions.
To reduce the level of vibration during off-road riding conditions, the handlebar and footrest are given flexible fitting and steering head provided with a steering damper, which also reduces the yaw oscillation of the handle bar during off-road riding.
Radiators guard are not made up of steel and doesn't constitute mechanical components but it is a part of the body framework. The rear tail-lights will made of plastics in almost all the motorcycle, brutale 1090rr is an exception, it is made up of pressure die-cast aluminium, making the motorcycle more metallic, more masculine and more attractive.

Engine: Brutale 1090RR has an high performance heat pump, the typical MV engine. 1078 cc engine produces mind blowing 144 HP of peak power at 10,300 rpm and peak torque of 112 Nm at 8,100 rpm. Engine cooling is done by both water and oil cooling systems. Water and oil coolants have separate radiators to dissipate the heat. Maximum speed attained is whooping 265 Km/h. The crank case of the engine is lighter than the previous version and the engine has counter rotating balancing shaft which reduces yaw oscillation of the engine. Also, equipped with slipper clutch to avoid engine braking while the makes a turn. The gear box command mechanism is newly designed mechanism, to provide high smooth gear shifting.
Rolling Chassis: The frame of Brutale 1090RR is made up of ultra-lightweight chromium molybdenum steel, and the frame parts TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas)welded. MV motorcycles part are always out of best materials. The quality of the materials are not compromised because of the cost factor. The front to rear wheel distance, wheelbase, is increased which improves the torsional rigidity and also improves well known brutale motorcycle's stability. The trellis frame is superior to the ordinary beam frame, with perfect ratio of elasticity and rigidity. The front suspension is telescopic fork, upside down suspension system with viscous damping, and the external spring preload adjustment. The rear suspension is progressive mono shock suspension with spring preload adjustment.
Ride Safety: Not only comfort and also the safety is on high end in brutale 1090rr. The front brake is double floating disc brakes with steel braking band and aluminium flanges. The brake caliper is single piece, radial type with four pistons, two for each disc. The rear disc is single plate steel disc with four pistons in the caliper to enhance the braking effort. The double floating disc is completely new patented technology, which has two disc in a caliper. Four pistons are used, two for each disc whose braking effort is extraordinary to that of the normal disc brakes.
The disc has turbine like blade curves which allows more amount to air to flow which enhances immediate cooling of the disc. The main advantage of this system is the heat is liberated very quickly which allows the use of very thin discs, which in turn reduces the unsprung mass of the vehicle.
