Mahindra sold back its shares of Engines Engineering

Mahindra and Mahindra is one the largest automotive manufacturers in india. Mahindra had 70% shares of the Italy based Engines Engineering company, which is considered to be one the best engines manufacturer in the world. Engines Engineering supplies engines to Ducati, Yamaha and Honda. Also this company played a vital role in re-designing of the Royal Enfield engines, making them more fuel efficient and increasing its performance.

Engines Engineering is to design and develop gear box for Mahindra Stallio 150, and Mahindra MOJO, now, its doubtful that these bike launch even may not happen. Also, Engine Engineering srepoted that it wouldn't get affected because of pull back of mahindra by returning their shares to its
promoter, Alberto Strazzari.

Mahindra is making bikes, vanes, cars in india and the company is very much gearing for MOTO GP. It would be pretty interesting to see, how mahindra is to replace the quality of engines engineering's design and to launch their already designed Mahindra Stallio 110 and Mahindra MOJO.
