Mahindra is looking to establish their service centres even in the remote areas of the country like Reckong Peo in Himachal Pradesh, Port Blair and Kargil. Many foreign automakers failed to get established in india, eventhough they launched good vehicle, the reason for failure is lack of dealership network and after sales service centres. Maruthi Suzuki, has very strong dealership network and after sales service outleta, and this is the one of the major reasons that makes the company, 'the largest car manufacturer' in india.

Being in heavy tight competitive market, mahindra is launching sophisticated after sales service outlets. The vehicle owners has to wait only for 90 minutes or even lesser time depending upon the service requirement of the vehicle. The waiting hall is A/C enabled with Wi-Fi facility and the owner can have a look of their vehicle being serviced from the waiting hall. Chennai has the first mahindra QWIK service outlet.
