Ashok Leyland's New Truck named after MS Dhoni

Indian Cricket Team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is the brand ambassador of Ashok Leyland. Now ashok leyland has launched a new truck series named 'Captain Trucks'. The 'Captain 2523 Tipper' is the first model of the series has been released. This series also includes tippers, tractors and haulage trucks.

The Captain model truck has ergonomic cab design, with good performance characteristics. This cab is to be manufactured at the Uttarakand manufacturing facility. This tipper is available at varying capacity of 16 tonnes to 49 tonnes. Engine power varies from 160PS to 360PS, provides better fuel efficiency at lower cost.

Powerful engine can able to carry heavy load with common rail injection system. Vehicle is claimed to claim up steep slopes under heavy load. Truck has 3 years full warranty with 4 year warranty for drive line. Ashok Leyland has 475 full service outlets through out the country.
